Supreme Court :- Not Reservation in Higher Education Institution for National Interest

  

The top judicial has said reservation should not be entertained for higher studies. The Supreme  Court urged the central government to take necessary steps to abolish reservation in higher education institutions. It has opined that reservation in super speciality courses should be eradicated for general national interest. A bench of Justices Dipak Mishra and P C Pant observed that the reservation often defeat merit though Supreme Court has been reminding the Central and State Governments several times that they must make merit the primary criteria.  The country needs improvement in higher education. So reservation in higher education should be done away with. It fell in with the two judgments in 1988.

With the request of CBI (interpol) India, the Bali police has arrested an Indian, Mohan Kumar on 25 October 2015. Mohan Kumar alias Rajendra Sadashiv Nikalje alias Chhota Rajan due to a close cooperation between India, Australia and Indonesia. “Bali Police arrested Chhota Rajan yesterday at CBI’s request made through Interpol,” said CBI Director Anil Sinha

Who is Chhota Rajan :-  

He is a hardcore criminal engazed in several criminal cases. His involvement towards murders, illegal firearms, possessions has been tracked by police. He worked for Dawood and became the right hand of Dawood. Next this strong assistant of Dawood turned into a stout rival of him. Dawood tried to kill him once in Bangkok. But Chhota Rajan escaped the murder.
