Mitra will be under survellance:-
Home secretary sends the instruction of
Election Commission related to the behavior of Madan Mitra. As per the
instruction, Madan Mitra cannot use mobile phone,internet, landline. None other
than his family members can meet him. Deepa Dasmunshi gave yesterday a letter
to ECI in this matter. Thus Madan Mitra is under surveillance of Election
Commission.
