It was an inhuman attack against some innocent Assamese at
Kokrajharh. A sudden terrorist attack at market time has taken the lives of 14
Assamese leaving more than thirty seriously injured. According to DGP, Boro
terrorists made this happen. Assam police fought bravely against the criminals
and encountered these people skilfully. Assam Chief Minister, Sarbananda
Sonowal declared that the families of the deceased will be given rupees of 5
lac each, while the families of the injured will be given one lac per injured
person as compensation. Kiren Rijiju
contacted the state to get the details of the event.
